Administrative History

The United Auto Workers (UAW) EMU Local 1975 was established at Eastern Michigan University in order to provide union representation to all clerical employees. The Union provides exclusive representation for the purposes of collective bargaining in regards to rates of pay, hours of employment, and other employment conditions.

The United Auto Workers (UAW) Emu Local 1975 - Clerical records contain materials pertaining to the activities of the union at Eastern Michigan University, representing clerical employees.
