Abstract

The Salary records is comprised of salary records and bi-weekly appointment vacancy reports from 1920 until 2008. Materials are arranged by record type and within that, chronologically. The series  Salary Reports is composed of salary reports and records of wage payments from 1920 until 2008. The  Bi-Weekly Appointment Vacancy Reports series date from 1978, with the bulk of materials dating between 1996 - 2004. There is one file contains newspaper clippings. Although nearly a complete collection of reports, the following years are not documented in this collection: 1944 - 1964, 1967 - 1973, 1976, and 1979.

Scope and Contents Note

The Salary records documents employee salaries at Eastern Michigan University from 1920 until 2008. The records primarily include salary records and bi-weekly appointment vacancy reports and is organized into these two record groups, in addition to a file of newspaper clippings.

The Salary Reports series documents the salaries of each employee at Eastern Michigan University, these records begin in 1920 and end in 2008. There are several years missing from 1937 - 1941, 1944 - 1964, 1967 - 1973, and 1979. The  Bi-Weekly Appointment Vacancy reports consists of vacancy reports at Eastern Michigan University from 1978 until 2008 with the exception of 1979 - 1995 and 2005 - 2007 missing. The file containing newspaper clippings dates from 1970 until 2002.
