The Campaign for Scholars was a fundraising campaign organized by the Eastern Michigan University Foundation, which is an institutionally related nonprofit that solicits and manages funds on behalf of the University in support of the EMU community. Scope and Contents

The Campaign for Scholars was a fundraising campaign organized by the Eastern Michigan University Foundation, which is an institutionally related nonprofit that solicits and manages funds on behalf of the University in support of the EMU community. The Campaign ran from 1993 through 1997, including the early planning stages, the solicitation of funds, and the post-campaign reporting.

The EMU Foundation Campaign for Scholars records have been divided into the following series: Administration and Outreach. The Administration series includes such materials as budgets, committee and sub-committee minutes, gift and pledge reports, correspondence, and other planning materials. The Outreach series includes promotional materials that were distributed in order to solicit donations and raise awareness of the campaign.
